UV-M-110

Optimax® UV-M-110 is a UV-curable high viscosity, peelable masking material based on urethane acrylate chemistry. It is designed to provide temporary, selective protection of bonded or coated substrates during manufacturing processes. The material cures rapidly upon exposure to UV light, forming a flexible, low-hardness film with excellent tensile elongation. Once processing is complete, the cured mask can be easily peeled away in one piece, leaving no residue on the substrate. Optimax® UV-M-110 also exhibits good resistance to moisture, making it suitable for demanding production environments.

Optimax® UV-M-110 has been specifically forulated for temporary masking during surface preparation and finishing operations, including applications in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing and assembly.
