WINDSCREEN CRACK REPAIR RESINS

Optimax® UV Curable Windscreen Crack Repair Resins have been formulated specifically to repair small, medium and large cracks and also chips. These UV cured Windscreen crack repair resins have excellent optical clarity that matches the windscreen’s refractive index making the repair relatively undetectable.

Novachem’s UV cured windscreen crack repair resins are available in a range of viscosities. Optimax® 8410 and 8425 grades are designed as ultra-low and low viscosity penetrating windscreen crack repair resins for the repair of hair line cracks. Optimax® 8440 is designed for stone chips and cracks. Optimax® 8100 is designed as a pit fill windscreen crack repair resin.

8425	Low viscosity. Optimax® 8425 UV Curable Windscreen Repair Resin is formulated specifically to repair stone chips and cracks in automotive windscreens. Designed as a low viscosity resin for star and hair-line cracks, its low viscosity offers an excellent solution for filling cracks and stone chips during windscreen repair.	25	76D
8440	Medium viscosity. Optimax® 8440 UV Curable Windscreen Repair Resin is formulated specifically to repair stone chips and cracks in automotive windscreens. Designed as a medium viscosity resin for bull’s eye, star and long-chip repairs, offering an excellent solution for medium size cracks and stone chips during windscreen repair.	40	75D
